We manufacture mobile bilayer presses for the production of pieces that need to have high body strength and a perfect finish on their visible face, such as pavers and curbs.

The finish of the visible face can be in color if the piece requires it.

The distinctive feature of HORPRE brand mobile presses is their sliding table system (STD). This is a metal table on which the mold is placed and after the concrete filling, vibrating and pressing operations are carried out, the table slides, leaving the bottom of the mold free and allowing the perfectly finished pieces to be deposited on the work track. This system provides uniformity, precision and strength to the pieces that are free of any adherence to the track and facilitates the automation of their collection and palletizing.

We manufacture and market two types of mobile presses

the single-layer model and the bilayer model, each one in its category presents the best profitability indexes in the market due to its fine quality/price ratio, production capacity/cycle, process speed and finish of the pieces produced.

Production without the need for an operator, up to 18,000 pieces per 8-hour shift.
