The distinctive feature of HORPRE brand mobile presses is their sliding table system (STD). This is a metal table on which the mould is placed and after the concrete filling, vibrating and pressing operations, the table slides, leaving the bottom of the mould free and allowing the perfectly finished pieces to be deposited on the work track. This system provides uniformity, precision and strength to the pieces that are free of any adhesion to the track and facilitates the automation of their collection and palletization. We manufacture and market two types of mobile presses, the single-layer model and the double-layer model, each one in its category presents the best profitability indexes in the market due to its refined quality/price ratio, production capacity/cycle, process speed and finish of the pieces produced. Production without the need for an operator, up to 18,000 pieces per 8-hour shift.
